Using the game

By using Smash Bugs, you agree to these Terms and applicable app-store rules. A parent or guardian must agree on your behalf where legally required.

The game is provided for personal entertainment. Do not disrupt its services, use malicious software, exploit vulnerabilities for unauthorized benefits, or redistribute the game or its assets commercially without permission. The game’s software, artwork, music, and branding belong to their respective owners.

Virtual items

Picnic Coin and other virtual items are for use within the game. They have no cash-redemption value and cannot be traded for real money. Game rules, prices, and rewards may change, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Progress and availability

Progress is saved locally; recovery of lost or deleted saves and transfer between devices are not guaranteed. We may update or discontinue features.

To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
